- That’s it. It’s a kegel exercise
You have to do it in 3 ways. It hardly requires 10 mins a day.
- Do a kegel squeeze, hold it for 5 seconds and leave. Repeat 10 to 15 times
- Now do a kegel squeeze, hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 to 15 times
- Do a kegel squeeze, hold for at least 20 or more seconds. Repeat 10 to 15 times
- Doing these three ways one by one is great. You can do it once a day or split the three ways throughout the day
Ultimately you are going to complete 30 to 50 repetitions a day. So it does not matter what way you use
I would recommend to do them at once one by one. That’s suits me the best
